BoBella is a women-owned boutique marketing agency that provides exceptional staff for a wide range of events.  Founded in 2014, we provide top talent for upscale events, store openings and private parties. Jennifer Holm
JENNIFER HOLM
CEO / Founder

Jennifer Holm founded BoBella Promotions in 2014 after obtaining her M.B.A. from Columbia University. With over 20 years of experience and personally booking over 5,000 events, Jennifer has developed a broad array of marketing, brand management, and business leadership skills. Driven by long-term vision, entrepreneurial passion, and teamwork, Jennifer has a proven ability to recruit, mentor and develop teams  within an organization.

Jennifer has worked directly with some of the world’s more recognized brands managing events and ensuring on brand execution. This experience in the field has provided her with in in-depth understanding of what is most important when recruiting, training and booking talent.  This has fostered  BoBella to build one a team of some of the best promotional talent available.

Additionally, Jennifer’s passion for technology gives BoBella Promotions a competitive edge in the industry.  As a Professional Certified Digital Marketer (PCM), Jennifer has develop a propitiatory process making booking event staff and event recap reporting efficient and easy.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys boxing, practicing yoga, and sipping on a nice glass of red wine.

Amanda Klecker
AMANDA KLECKER

Amanda is our Account Manager here at BoBella Promotions.  She has spent the past 8 years working in the promotional industry and has had the opportunity to work with clients such as Bacardi, Stoli Vodka, Ferrari, Canon, and many more. Amanda worked in Los Angeles for several years and then moved to Maryland to graduate from UMBC with a degree in Marketing.

Amanda’s passion for the industry has now taken her full circle from working as a promotional model to serving as a mentor to other aspiring models.  Her talents were quickly recognized and she has grown to becoming responsible for managing client accounts and event staffing.

With a versatile background in modeling and event management, she brings a unique skill set to the table. Amanda enjoys cultivating an environment and meeting new people. Her attention to detail, quick adaptability, intuitive nature, and honed eye make her a wonderful asset to the team.

In her free time Amanda enjoys teaching yoga, playing with her pug Donnie, and sipping on margaritas.

BRIAN SCHOUNDOUSKI
Field Manager

Brian was brought onto the BoBella a team in 2019 to help with our rapid growth.  Brian’s most recent experience includes working on the distributor side of beverage promotions as well as assisting with a worldwide promotional tour for highly respected staffing agency.

Brian’s natural leadership skills, outgoing attitude, and ability to adapt to any situation on the fly are just a few of the qualities that make him our go to person for all in field promotional needs. Brian is incredibly passionate about building brands that engage their ideal customers. Brian utilizes his creative and organizational skills in order to engage with and fully realize each client’s unique vision.

In his free time, Brian enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing guitar, and sipping on a high end whiskey.
